Wanting a more comprehensive solution for their own properties, they combined their expertise to create the service they had always sought—a reliable, all-in-one home care solution. For over a decade, my life was spent on the road — in locker rooms, stadiums, and cities across the country. As a professional athlete, constant travel was part of the job. I took pride in my work ethic, my discipline, and the sacrifices that came with pursuing excellence at the highest level. But behind every flight and hotel room was a reality I couldn’t ignore: my family was back home, handling everything on their own.
From home repairs and maintenance to small daily tasks, there were countless times I wished I could be there to help. The feeling of being away — knowing my family was juggling it all — created a constant mental weight. Even after my playing days, that busy schedule didn’t slow down. Between building businesses and managing multiple ventures, I found myself still pulled in a hundred directions.
That’s where the concept of Opulent Home Concierge truly hit home for me. It wasn’t just about convenience — it was about peace of mind. Having a trusted team to manage everything around the house meant my family didn’t have to stress, and I didn’t have to worry. Whether it was coordinating maintenance, handling service calls, or managing seasonal projects, the relief of knowing someone was always there became priceless.

As the President of Eclipse Companies, Tom Agresta knows what it means to be busy. For more than two decades, Chris Longo has built his career around solving complex operational challenges and creating systems that make life easier for people. But at home, he faced the same realities many homeowners do — a busy schedule, constant travel, and the never-ending list of maintenance tasks that demand attention. Even with experience managing large organizations, Chris found that coordinating vendors, comparing quotes, and staying on top of seasonal upkeep often slipped through the cracks when work and family took priority.
As a longtime homeowner and executive, he understood how overwhelming it can be to keep a house running smoothly. That personal frustration — the desire for a more dependable, streamlined way to manage a home — became one of the driving forces behind Opulent Home Concierge.
Before co-founding Opulent, Chris served as CIO and COO of a Fortune 500 insurance company, helping guide its growth from under $10 million to more than $8 billion in written premium. In 2018, he founded Novum, where he continues to serve as CEO, bringing a disciplined, customer-focused approach to every venture.
For Chris, Opulent is more than a business — it’s a solution he wished existed in his own life. A trusted partner homeowners can rely on, providing time back, reducing stress, and creating a sense of comfort knowing their home is always cared for.
