This SMS Terms & Conditions page describes how Opulent Home Concierge LLC uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) in connection with its services. By opting in to receive messages, you agree to the terms below.

Program Description

When you opt in, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from Opulent Home Concierge LLC. Message frequency varies.

Messages may include:

• Transactional messages such as account verification codes, password resets, appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, service status updates, and invoices or receipts.

• If you separately opt in, recurring promotional or marketing messages such as offers, surveys, and announcements.

Consent

By checking the SMS consent box during registration or enabling SMS in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Opulent Home Concierge LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out

You can opt-out or cancel the SMS or text messaging feature at any time. To stop receiving messages, you can opt-out in your account settings page, or reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS from us. If you want to rejoin later, you can re-enroll through your account settings.

Costs and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery may be limited by your carrier or device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data We Collect

We may collect your phone number, carrier information, message content, timestamps, delivery and read receipts (where available), and interaction logs. We use this information to operate the SMS program, maintain proof of consent, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and comply with laws and carrier requirements.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and be the account holder (or authorized user) of the mobile number used to enroll. This program is intended for users in the United States on participating carriers.

Changes

We may update or terminate this SMS program at any time. If changes are made, we will post the revised terms here.
